Do Good by Eating Better

Food is an integral part of all our lives. This is especially true in Hong Kong, one of the world's culinary capitals. Yet we are generally unaware of how the food production system affects our health and that of the environment.

To shed light on the issue, we've assembled a select group of experts and ask them to share their thoughts on how food today is produced and consumed.

Panel members will include Peter Find, Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, as well as Stan Shea from Choose Right Today, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting environmentally friendly seafood in Hong Kong.

Following the discussion, Peter will perform a culinary demonstration using sustainable New Zealand salmon. The remainder of the session will be for guests to mingle and sample food and drinks from an exclusive tasting menu.
