Calling all adventurers

Last Friday was the launch of Moa Adventure Club, a community club which organises challenging and fun events in the great outdoors. The club’s focus is to support The Nature Conservancy’s sustainability projects in Hong Kong.

Chef Vini from Motu Kiwi worked his magic with a delectable menu of storm shell clams with rice noodles and shaoxing wine, tuatua clams topped with manuka smoked bacon, and Moa cider braised lamb shoulder, all washed down with cold bevvies provided by Moa Beer.
