Cooking Tips
Thick skirt is one of the most flavourful cuts. This and its robust texture make it an excellent choice for ragouts and burgers. Elevate meat-based pasta sauces to another level with wagyu, and try our special wagyu beef stroganoff or wagyu beef bolognese recipes. Or for a quick healthy meal idea, thinly slice some thick skirt, quickly blanch and pair with an Asian-style dipping sauce of ginger, spring onions, and soy sauce.
Packaging
Our wagyu thick skirt comes in a single film-wrapped piece. Each piece is around 600g, though there may be natural variations in weight. The wagyu cattle are raised on Firstlight farms and are processed by Greenlea.
