has medium to firm white flesh with a low to medium oil content making it suitable for most cooking methods.
Our tarakihi is perfect in this healthy baked fish and chips
recipe. Or for a simpler meal, lightly season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, pan-fry for a couple of minutes on each side, and serve with your favourite greens.
