Our swordfish is caught in New Zealand under the country's Quota Management System.

Cooking Tips
Swordfish is a mild-tasting, white-fleshed fish with a meaty texture. This makes it perfect for cutting into steaks and pan-frying for a quick and easy meal. Its firm flesh also makes it also ideal for grilling and roasting, while some chefs use it in raw dishes.
