Tonzu organic tempeh is handcrafted using only three ingredients: activated whole soybeans, organic rice flour, and rhizopus cultures. Our tempeh is fermented using traditional Japanese methods, which brings out the natural soybean flavour. Better still, it is certified organic by BioGro, an internationally recognised and accredited mark.

Tonzu organic tempeh is a great alternative protein source that’s healthy for the whole family. For a quick, tasty dinner, gently pan-fry with soy sauce until golden brown, and serve with stir-fried greens and cooked quinoa.
