We deliver Monday to Friday to the following areas. Delivery is free for orders over HKD800; otherwise, a fixed fee of HKD150 applies. For other locations or for special arrangements, please e-mail us.

To ensure our products arrive at your door in the best possible state, we deliver via refrigerated trucks to keep food cool even in the stickiest of Hong Kong summers.

For in-stock items, we can offer next-day delivery for orders received by 3pm. For special items, we’d suggest placing your order four working days before the required date, to allow enough time to have them flown from New Zealand.

To make sure our produce stays in tip-top shape, all fresh items are air-freighted into Hong Kong. As a result, we cannot accept returns. Of course, if you're not fully satisfied with a purchase, please tell us and we'll do our best to sort things out.
