- 2tsp Kai Ora manuka honey
- 2tsp lemon juice
- 3 slices ginger
- 250mL water
- Place ginger slices into a cup or mug.
- Add lemon juice, honey and 100mL of room-temperature water. Stir until honey dissolves.
- To serve hot, heat remaining water and slowly add to the mug. Stir again to mix thoroughly. Alternatively, add chilled water and ice cubes for a refreshing summer thirst-quencher.
