Ginger and Manuka Honey Tonic
  1. Place ginger slices into a cup or mug.
  2. Add lemon juice, honey and 100mL of room-temperature water. Stir until honey dissolves.
  3. To serve hot, heat remaining water and slowly add to the mug. Stir again to mix thoroughly. Alternatively, add chilled water and ice cubes for a refreshing summer thirst-quencher.
